Bereke Bank is the official assignee of Sberbank Kazakhstan

As a reminder, SB Sberbank JSC (Kazakhstan) ceased to exist due to the transfer of ownership of shares owned by Sberbank Group in favor of National Managing Holding Baiterek JSC.

In mid-September 2022 the bank has passed state re-registration and received a new name, Bereke Bank Joint Stock Company, and license. The bank is the full assignee of SB Sberbank JSC and bears all its rights and obligations under all previously taken contractual obligations

Bereke Bank JSC provides a wide range of financial services for all market participants. The terms of service for banking products, including bank accounts and bank account operations, deposits, conversion transactions, loans, remain unchanged for existing clients.
